    We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping within mainland UK for all orders.


    Any where else in Europe will be charged a standard £10.

  • When will I receive my order?

    If you live in mainland UK the Standard Delivery time is 2-5 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.


    If you live in Europe the Standard Delivery time is 2-10 business days.

Returns

  • What is Ziera's return policy?

    We understand that sometimes a product just doesn't fit, thats why we offer 30 day returns for all orders.


    If you wish to receive a REFUND for your purchase, your item must meet these guidelines:


    Purchased within the last 30 days

    Unworn, undamaged and unmarked

    In their original condition and

    In the original packaging and shoe box (we consider this part of the item).

    Ziera does not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • How do I return my order?

    Please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions provided.

  • How long does the return process take?

    Depending on your method of delivery, it can take up to 10 working days for your returned goods to arrive at the Ziera warehouse.Once the goods have been received, they will be evaluated to see if they are eligible for a refund, this process can take 4-6 business days. You will be notified by email if the refund is approved and it will then be processed by our Finance team. Depending on your banking institution, your refund will appear in your account approximately 1-7 business days after it has been processed.We may decline to offer a refund if the products are marked, damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original and undamaged packaging. For more information regarding refunds, please see our Returns Policy.

  • Help! I think my item is faulty!

    Ziera's Returns Policy includes the rights you are entitled to under the Consumer Law. If you believe your product to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team. Ziera may request photos of the fault claim prior to approving the return. We may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer to determine if the item is faulty. If the item is found to be faulty, you will receive a full refund for that item including the delivery charge unless the delivery charge has been previously refunded for that order.

  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    Ziera accepts MasterCard, VISA and AMEX, as well as KLARNA.

  • I have a voucher code. How do I apply it?

    You can apply your voucher code at the checkout after you've added to bag filled in your details, simply enter the code into the 'Redeem your coupon' box. Each voucher code has unique terms and conditions. If you're having trouble using your voucher please contact our Customer Service team.

    How does Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments work?


    Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Ziera and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app.

  • How do I place an order?

    To place an order, simply select the item you wish to order, add the correct size to your bag and proceed to the checkout. Alternatively, you can contact our team to place and order over the phone (via credit card payment only).

  • The shoes I want aren't available in my size. What now?

    The stock on our website is an accurate reflection of the stock we have in our warehouse. Please contact our Customer Service team if you'd like to know if, or when, we'll get any additional stock of that particular shoe. 


    Please note: If the item is an already reduced item, we will not be restocking.

  • How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

    On the bottom of every newsletter we send there is an "Unsubscribe" link. Simply click "Unsubscribe" and it's as easy as that. We'll be sorry to see you go, however you can always re-subscribe at any time so you can be the first to know about sales and subscriber-only promotions.

  • I have seen the same product on another site. Do you price match?

    We do keep an eye on our competitors’ prices and are in constant communication with our suppliers, however, due to our generous fast delivery; we don’t match the short term price changes of other retailers. We do offer end of season sales, so if you're after a bargain, check out our sale page!

  • How can I cancel my order?

    As we pack all orders soon after they are placed, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible via phone.

  • How do I search for a specific style shoe?

    You can search the entire product range on site by using the search bar at the top left-hand corner of the screen. Alternatively you can use the filters on the right hand side of the screen. These will allow you to filter items by footbed/size/width/colour/price/material so you can find what you're looking for faster!

  • How do I care for my Ziera shoes?

    Most of our styles are genuine leather and can be cleaned with a quality leather cleaner (we do always advise a patch test first). Some of our styles are machine washable, this will be stated in the product description.

  • What size do I order?

    Every woman is unique and every foot is different. That's why we offer a broad size range. We also offer a variety of 'width fittings' including M, W and XW. Use our handy guides to find your Ziera size and fit.

  • Do Ziera Shoes accommodate bunions?

    If you have bunions, you know that it can be difficult to find shoes that fit properly. A bunion makes your foot wider, which makes it difficult to find shoes that accommodate your feet and don’t cause even more pain. 


    Bunions are a common problem we encounter with feet.  There are no seems which mean no rubbing and less irritation of the bunions. Ziera Shoes are made using a wider last, so the extra volume in the forefoot reduces pressure on your bunions. These features work together and provide a shoe that call alleviate pain of bunions and accommodate the toes comfortably.


    If you let us know your feet measurements (the width of the widest place on each of your feet, as measured around the bunion) and send us a picture of your feet, we can help you determine whether our shoes will be suitable for your bunions. Please send any queries to info@zierashoes.co.uk

    90% of Ziera Shoes have removeable footbeds.

    SUPER SUPPORT

    Our most supportive footbed, this style features higher arch support,

    a wider fit at the heel and a deeper fit that ‘cups’ the foot

    for stability.


    Also available in a ¾ length.


    This footbed is removable, so you can swap it for your own

    personalised orthotics.


    COMFORT PLUS

    This is our standard footbed. It offers a level of comfort and support

    we would describe as a ‘mild orthotic’.


    It has a thinner profile and a slightly narrower heel than our

    Super Support footbed.


    Also available in a ¾ length.


    This footbed is removable, so you can swap it for your own

    personalised orthotics.


    ACTIVE COMFORT

    These footbeds use strategically placed PU & PU Gel

    cushioning under the foot for optimal shock absorption.


    A stabilising cradle cups the heel and ensures it sits in the correct

    position while being worn. This helps prevent ankle, knee and hip pain commonly caused by badly fitting shoes.


    Because of its shock-absorption technology, this footbed

    is most common in our athleisure styles, and some boots.


    This footbed is removable, so you can swap it for your own

    personalised orthotics.


    PILLOW WALK

    This is our only non-removable footbed, mostly found in our heels

    and sandals, and occasionally flats.


    Created for those who don’t need much arch support,

    it features minimal arch support and is made from three layers

    of latex foam for cloudlike comfort.


    A metatarsal bump sits under the ball of the foot,

    helping to distribute pressure and prevent that familiar,

    annoying pain we all know.



  • I have Plantar Fasciitis, Do Ziera Shoes help?

    Living with Plantar Fasciitis is a painful condition which makes choosing shoes a difficult task.  The right support is crucial - a combination of cushioning impact and firmly cradling the foot with a countoured insole goes a long way to relieve discomfort.

    If a customer has heel pain the might be suffering from plantar fasciitis.  Plantar fasciitis is fluid under heel which inflames the tendon which causes the pain.  While the customer might need to see a podiatrist for plantar fasciitis, wearing Ziera shoes can help alleviate the pain by providing more cushioning for impact and preventing fluid build up which causes plantar fascitiis.


    First, we have to understand the last. The last is the foot-shaped mould that shoes are built around.
